Canadian landlord? The Canadian Landlord Bundle (T776) has the same 6 spreadsheets with CRA T776 bookkeeping in CAD.
These are record-keeping and estimating tools, not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Category names follow IRS Schedule E for convenience only; please confirm how to report your rental income and expenses with a qualified tax professional (see IRS Publication 527). Late fees, security deposits, notice periods, tenant screening and vehicle deductions are regulated differently in every state and city, so please check your local rules. Tenant screening must follow fair-housing law: apply the same criteria to every applicant and never screen on a protected characteristic. The templates were designed with the help of AI tools, then reviewed and tested before release.
