Filing US taxes instead? The Complete Landlord Bundle (US) has the same 6 spreadsheets with Schedule E bookkeeping.
These are record-keeping and estimating tools, not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Line numbers follow CRA Form T776 / Guide T4036 for convenience; the bookkeeping workbook does not calculate CCA or file anything. Please confirm your reporting with a qualified tax professional or the CRA. Late fees, deposits, rent increases, notice periods, tenant screening and vehicle deductions are regulated differently in every province and city (some don't allow late fees or deposits at all), so please check your local rules. Tenant screening must follow human-rights law: apply the same criteria to every applicant and never screen on a protected ground. The templates were designed with the help of AI tools, then reviewed and tested before release.
